I've enjoyed making animations, sequencing videos, special-effecting renderings, and working along with others to making movies, documentaries, shorts, and educational and promotional videos. Enjoy! You can view all my videos here.

Looking for Princess Suzzane

December 2013
This is one of my favorite movies for three reasons: it has the classic prince rescues princess plot, there are no voices, and the good guys win! This movie was motivated in part by an extra credit oppertunity in middle school spanish class but also by my brother's and my own newfound enthusiasm for making animations in Blender. It took about 100 hours over the course of a month to make and a week to render on our family's computers. The final movie was assembled in Premiere and audiotracks and captions were added

Polonius as a Fool

October 2016
This 11th grade English project reenacts key scenes from the Shakespeare play Hamlet. While many of my classmates literally reenacted the scenes, I took this project as an oppertunity to use Blender's animation nodes feature. This allowed me to automatically animate the mouth movemebent of the characters in reasonable synchronization with their corresponding audio track.

Dolphin Rocket Documentary

December 2015
This documentary records the efforts of a group of sincere rocket scientists working to put a rolly polly in outer space. (ok, not quite outer space.) It candidly highlights many of the motivations, emotions, and background on the developmental journey of the Dolphin V rocket to Rolly Polly 1 and beyond.

Goodman Brown

November 2016
Our 11th grade english teacher extended an extra credit oppertunity for anyone who reenacted a scene from Goodman Brown. I gladly took this oppertunity to organize 20+ of my peers to make 3 recordings of the same script (with different actors so everyone could get extra credit).

M1-1

August 2014
My siblings and I had made lego stop-motion animations when we were younger. During the summer break of 2014, I got obsessed with space travel and decided I wanted to make a movie about going to Mars. Of course, stop motion animation is extremely time consuming and eventually I lost interest, but I still learned a lot while making this film. (It's kinda sad, but I had more footage in Premiere that I never exported before the family laptop died, so this video is only part of what I had produced.)

G Board Imaginary Promotional Video

February 2014
The G Board was an idea that my borther and I toyed around with in 2013. We thought holograms were a commercially viable technology imagined Google using them to make a new technology. After explaining this idea to our school disctrict's technology guru, she suggested I make a whole imaginary product release video like Apple was pioneering at that time. I learned a lot about Adobe Premiere and the limitations of greenscreens producing this video. It was shown to an audience of several hundred as an example of student creativity.

Portal Space Interface

October 2017
How do you get to school from the other side of town in under 5 minutes? Use the Portal Space Interface. Here at PSI Labs we've been working hard at making disruptive technology, and we believe our teleporter to be the most disruptive of them all (seriously Elon Musk, why would anyone pay millions to Tesla or SpaceX when they can just teleport for free?)
